Danny Boly now up for BOND

Danny Boyle is reportedly set to direct the next James Bond movie.

The British director - whose film Slumdog Millionaire bagged a whopping 8 Oscar gongs at the recent Academy Awards - has been asked by Bond boss Barbara Broccoli, who now heads the huge 007 franchise at EON Productions, to take charge of Daniel Craig's third outing as the suave spy, according to British newspaper The Sun.

A source tells the publication, "Danny is the man of the moment and he is being bombarded with offers from studios.

"He has been offered the chance to direct the 23rd Bond film by Barbara. The EON team love his vision and think that it would work perfectly for the new look of Bond.

"Danny has always insisted he is more interested in the film than the money.
